Grace Witcher '23 Recruiting Profile

      My name is Grace Witcher, and I am a OH/OPP/DS for the class of 2023. I have been playing volleyball for the past 5 years and I have fallen in love with the sport very greatly since I have started. Every time I step into the gym for practice, game, or tournament, I work as hard as I can until the finish. I am very competitive and serious about the sport to the point where I want to be challenged and work hard every ball I touch. 

      In my first high school season in 2019, I made varsity as a freshman. I am challenged at every practice with this higher level and I enjoy every single moment of it. It is a different level of play and I am looking forward to attending a school with a balance of competitive volleyball and academic excellence that could potentially help me greatly with my career path. 

      In 2018, I tried out for the USAV High Performance tryouts. Also in 2018 I attended the UCLA volleyball camp, in 2019, I attended the USC volleyball camp, and in 2014-2018 I went to the CSUB volleyball camps, and I plan to participate in more volleyball camps in the next 4 years.

      I am searching for a school that can help me achieve my life goals of having a great education while playing my favorite sport as well. I am very dedicated to my work and will always do my best until it's paid off.
