Ariana Lugo '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I know you are very busy and I appreciate you taking the time to read my profile. Here is a little background on me:

I did gymnastics for 8 years and gave that up when I discovered volleyball. 

My left hand is my dominant hand. I am a setter, but I also play right side hitter for the Synergy Force Volleyball Club in Roseville, CA. I am the starting Libero on my high school varsity team. 

I train hard to play multiple positions proficiently so I can be the “go to” player my coaches can depend on. I have 2 private coaches, one for setting and one for hitting. I would be totally comfortable playing Libero if that is what is needed. I get along well with everyone and I’m definitely a team player. 

 I take every possible opportunity to train and it is not uncommon for me to attend multiple clinics/ training sessions in one day. I always arrive early for training and matches and I am the last girl off the court. Volleyball is my passion and playing college volleyball is my ultimate goal.
