Kaylee Slagle '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Kaylee Slagle, I’m a Libero/Ds for the class of 2022. My current GPA is a 3.5 and I am taking two college courses. I have played volleyball for 3 years now. But the start of my volleyball career in high school wasn’t as expected. I tired out my Freshman year and got cut from my volleyball team and that didn’t stop me from wanting to make the team next year. I wanted to play so I put in the work and joined local clubs, went to camps, worked with club coaches one on one and worked on my individual skillset. I continued working outside of school. By the time next year came around I tired out for JV, I made the team as the starting Libero! I also won the most improved player of the year award. My Junior and Senior year I started as Libero on varsity. Currently I’m playing on Socal’s 18-u Regional Team. My goal is to not stop here but to compete at the next level.
