Sarah Vaness '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi coaches! I'm Sarah Vaness, I have been in love with the game of volleyball since I was 13 years old. I am a very hard-working and persistent athlete and I've made exponential growth over last summer up until now. I jumped from C-team the year prior, to ending this past high school season as a starter on Varsity. I've faced much adversity during this school year off and on the court, but I managed to keep my grades as high as I could while still achieving my goals at volleyball. I'm mentally tough and will always have a "next ball" mindset rather than dwelling on past mistakes and keep a positive attitude on the court. Lastly, I strive to make meaningful connections with my team and coaches so we can function more efficiently as a team.
