Olivia Romero '23 Recruiting Profile

I've been playing volleyball since I was around 5 years old. My mom was a high school coach so I was constantly in the gym with her. I can remember watching all of the girls play and thinking that I wanted to be just like them. When my mom would have a chance we would pepper and I can still picture my tiny arms being bright red. Since then I've continued to love the game. Now that I'm older my love continues to grow and I am so much more passionate. I'm a great leader who strives to not only make myself better, but the whole team too. I work hard inside the gym and inside the school building. I want to make the little girl inside of me who grew up loving the game proud.
