I am a very hard worker and determined person who likes to be in the gym more than anything else. I find volleyball a way to have fun but also enjoy good competition. I love the relationships I build on my teams with my coaches and teammates. I am very passionate about weight training. I have been working with a personal trainer for two years now and have increased my vertical by 11 inches. I love lifting. My max for back squat is currently 205lbs, my max for front squat is 175lbs, and max for cleans is 140lbs.
