I started playing volleyball in sixth grade at our middle school. I loved it so much that the next season I got involved in Club. Keeping a constant positive attitude, loyalty to my teammates on and off the court and working on the game are very important to me.
At Windsor High I participate in Future Farmers of America and enjoy giving back to the community. This year I will have the opportunity to volunteer with local vets as part of the FFA program. In Spring of 2018 I was awarded with an Academic Letter and strive to stay on the Honor Roll. Rotary Academy Leadership Awards (RYLA) chose me to participate in their Rocky Mountain program. The experience was so great that I am applying to be a Junior Counselor at the 2020 session in Estes Park. I look forward to being involved in Rotary in college and carrying on that leadership role.
Academically, I am very interested in Biology, Molecular Biology and Biomechanics. A University with excellent Biology programs and Undergraduate degrees would be my ideal. My initial thought was to stay close to home but I'm very open to travelling and interesting, exciting opportunities.
When I was thirteen I started in Club and each season worked up to a more elite team. Culminating in earning a spot to "play up a year" on my club's best 17's Team in 2019. This year I was recruited for Five Star's 17 Black team and I accepted. I'm currently the starting Middle for our High School's Varsity team. I also compete in High School Track in Sprints and in the Triple Jump.
