Aloha,
My name is Hannah Tavares. I am from Honolulu, Hawaii. I am looking to transfer from my present D1 College. I was recruited as a redshirt freshman and I have 4 years left of collegiate eligibility to play volleyball. I am currently on partial academic scholarship. I am willing to "walk on" to prove myself and work hard for the opportunity to play. I am a team player and will work hard alongside my teammates to get that win!
Throughout my club volleyball career I trained hard as both a libero and setter. I have a hard float serve that helps me average at least 2 aces a set. I have a keen volleyball sense. I am a scrappy player and I am fast getting to the ball. I am known to go after "shanked passes" and able to keep the ball in play. I NEVER give up on a bad pass or play. I've learned that my position as libero plays a major role in the game and "No pass, no play".
I have an unquenchable passion for both sand and indoor volleyball. I would love to take volleyball to the next level in a college. I desire to achieve in winning a college volleyball championship. I'm motivated to succeed in volleyball and in everything I do. I want to contribute to your indoor or sand volleyball college program's success.
Thank you for viewing my profile and I hope to meet you soon,
