Kennedy Adair '23 Recruiting Profile

I come from a volleyball family.  I currently have cousins who play for power five programs.  I'd like to follow their path and play in college.  I'll be a 4 year varsity starter for a successful high school program.  This year I broke the school record for kills in a season with 371.  My team broke the school win record.   I get a lot of out of system balls, but still managed to hit .300 this year.  

I'm playing for the top 17's team for Platform Elite out of Bettendorf Iowa.  My club is a 90 minute drive from home, but I'm dedicated to improving my game.  As a 6 foot, six rotation outside, I'm working hard to improve all areas of my game.  This year I will focus on crushing the ball when I attack.  I've been told this will put me on a path towards being a solid division one player.  

What sets me apart from most other athletes is I'm in top shape and take my training, nutrition, rest and recovery very seriously.
