Ashlyn Kern '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello! I am Ashlyn Kern, Class of 2024 setter from Pawnee High School. My goals for my volleyball career are to better everyone around while bettering myself for my teammates, and to pursue my dream as becoming a college volleyball player. I would be honored to play for your D2 or D3 college, and here on my reasons why. I am a leader, my loud personality mixed with my passion for the sport is what I believe makes me different from others. Every practice and game I am there to put in the work for myself and team. If I am not playing volleyball, I’m thinking about volleyball. I find myself watching videos, practicing against the wall, or setting spots in the garage. I put all of my energy and effort into all my practices to improve for the future of our career as a team. This being said Academics is almost just as important as volleyball. My sophomore year my weighted GPA was 3.8, but I feel like I have more potential. I’ve been thinking about it and this year my goal is to seriously study harder and recieve a 4.0. Thank you.
