I take both academics and volleyball very seriously. I am willing to put in the time and effort into volleyball and act upon any feedback and advice from coaches. I am coachable and love to build friendships with my teammates. When I am on the court as a setter I try to uplift and lead my team in any way possible. I hustle after anything and everything. I make it a point to focus on the next play rather than allowing myself to feel discouraged.
My academic goals are very important to me, and I want a college that will allow me to reach my fullest potential not just on the court but also in the classroom. I strive to maintain a high GPA and put in the extra time and work that separate passing from thriving. I also started a volleyball club at my high school along with participating in many other school activities and clubs. I am a part of a teen service organization called Teen Advisory Council (TAC) where I complete a minimum of 30 service hours per school year as well as 25 service hours per year for my charter school.
