Jessica Ferrell '16 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I'm Jessie Ferrell and I am a 5'11" outside hitter from Northern Indiana. While I live in the north, I am a southern girl at heart.  I am still looking for that perfect college to call home.  I have played varsity volleyball for the New Prairie High School Cougars since my freshman year. I joined Epic United club this year but have played club ball for 7 years. I play outside hitter for both club and school, and my secondary position is right side. I am very passionate about the sport of volleyball. The thrill of the game, suspension of tough matches, and playing with a team is what motivates me. I have always been a pressure player and thrive in tough situations.  I have a mean top spin jump serve and I keep perfecting it daily.  My goal is to play at the collegiate level. I'm a very organized and motivated student and am currently ranked number 1 out of 206. I plan to major in exercise science.  I'm open to any sized school in most parts of the country,as long as it is a good fit for me. Hope to hear from you soon!!
