Avery Stuart '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Avery Stuart. I’m a 2027 graduate from Ontario, Canada. Prior to joining club volleyball at 13, I was competitive figure skater. I really enjoyed the athletics of doing triple jumps and spins but it was an individual sport. I love playing volleyball because I’m part of a team. We hype each other and share in our successes, and learn together from our losses. I’m very competitive as a player and always looking to improve so I like asking my coaches for feedback. I’m now working on my conditioning and endurance as an athlete by training weights 3-4 times a week. I also think that training mental toughness is super important for me as a student and an athlete.

Outside of volleyball, I’m enjoying learning how to drive! I love spending time with my family and pets, and of course my friends. I am a honours student and hope to become a cosmetic dermatologist. I’m looking forward to my university experience as a student athlete. Thank you visiting my page!
