I have a passion for the game. I used to think of it as just something I had to do because I didn't want to be the only girl in my grade not playing, but once I discovered that it was something that challenged me and made me not only a better and more attentive student, but a natural leader and a more encouraging and understanding person. Be smaller at the net pushed me to be a smarter player because I wasn't necessarily a strong hitter, being agile in the back row showed my coach I had a natural, raw talent for being a libero.
