USA Girls’ Select A3 National Training Program

The USA Girls’ A3 National Training Program is a high-level training program available to high potential volleyball players as an opportunity to advance in the National Team Pipeline. The training received is modeled after the techniques, systems, and daily practices of our U.S. National Team. In addition to the training and competition within the program, athletes will receive a number of volleyball-specific classroom sessions. High Performance Coaching Staff will provide a comprehensive player evaluation to USA Volleyball for tracking in the Pipeline, those evaluations will also be provided to each athlete following training. 192 athletes from the Girls’ Select age group. This age group includes athletes born in 2002 and 2003. The group will train for 5 days, and will participate in an informal tournament on the last day of training.
