Personal Statement
Attending college comes with many opportunities later in life, and will help me achieve the goals I dream to pursue. Going to college, playing volleyball for a competitive school, and partIcipating in high academics has always been a dream of mine. To accomplish these goals, I have continued to work regardless of hardships with determination. All of these struggles have made me a stronger and a more determined person. I do not give up. I perceive it as a challenge when I am told I can't do something or someone is better than me in some way . I do not get upset or mad, I continue to work and aim to improve myself physically and mentally. With me on your team you will never have to wonder how hard I'm working or if I care because I strive to exceed coaches' expectations. I have also noticed through my time of competing in volleyball my spirit rubs off on the other players, and I do anything for the betterment of my team. I work just as hard in the classroom as I do on the court. I currently am an Honor Roll student and take advanced Honors courses to prepare myself for college-level work.
