My Goal for my future is to play volleyball while getting my collage degree, my major is undecided as of now, but I value my education over anything else. I play Middle/ outside for my club team and outside for my high school team. I'm proud to say that I am a versatile player with the skill to be a leader on and off the court, I feel that I lead my teams in energy and enthusiasm. I feel, and have been told, that I am a very coachable player, making quick changes when directed.
I've had a immense love for volleyball ever since I started playing for my elementary school in third grade, My love for the sport has tripled since then and grows every practice, tournament and conditioning session. I am a very hard working student and athlete, I do my very best to keep my grades up and stay out of trouble, I'm focused on what I'm working on in and outside of the classroom, weather it be a assignment in class, or a drill in practice, I strive to do my best everywhere I go and with everything I do. Winning is important to me, but what is even more important to me is to grow as a athlete, I would rather lose a challenging match that put my skills to the test and teaches me new things to make me a better player, than winning a match to a team we put no effort into and win by 25.
I have played about every sport I could think of including; softball, soccer, basketball, tennis , golf, etc. but the sport that was always at the top of my list was volleyball, I love the rush I get with a great kill, the satisfaction of a perfect pass, and the feeling after a great save. Most importantly, I love team bonding. I enjoy spending time with my team off the court, I personally believe that having connections and friendships with my team builds chemistry and makes our team as a whole play better together and more fluidly.
I know playing volleyball in collage will take lots of time, effort, and commitment, but I'm ready to do what it takes for the sport that I love. I believe that I can be an asset to you're team if you are willing to give me the chance.
