Isabella Thurston '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Isabella Thurston and I’m in the class of 2024. I first fell in love with volleyball when I was in 5th grade, my mom had signed me up for a clinic at the local high school. I knew nothing about volleyball at the time but once I started playing it felt almost natural. I started playing for a team when I was in 6th grade and I started out as a defensive specialist. Currently, for my high school varsity team, I am a setter. I’m a very versatile player and I'm open to any position that is needed. I'm ready to work hard, practice, and improve. I understand what a big commitment playing sports in college will be and trying to balance volleyball with school work. I am determined to work hard and push myself to become better and better. I am open to colleges anywhere and can’t wait to meet you!
