Nevaeh Coleman '29 Recruiting Profile

Raised by strong and dedicated parents, and surrounded by a loving village has afforded me opportunities to focus on being a student athlete. My parents and family consistently stress that being a student is my primary job and volleyball is my side hustle. They added that when you do what you love, it is not work. And I couldn't agree more!!! Since beginning my volleyball career at 8 years old, I have focused on developing myself on and off the court - building relationships that last beyond the seasons, gaining confidence and sharing me with my team and coaches. I pride myself that I am complimented most on my ability to be a strong competitor with grace. Over the years, I have been able to keep the relationships built in different areas of my life and being valued as reliable and dependable is an honor. My goal is to continue to grow into a better team player & individual, and obtain an opportunity after high school where I can continue to do what I love - play volleyball - while gaining a great education to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
