Madison Roney '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Madison Roney and I am  5'7  DS/OH in the class of 2024. I am a junior at St. Teresa's Academy in Kansas City, Missouri. I play high school volleyball at STA and play club volleyball for Invasion 17-1 out of Independence Missouri. Currently I have a 4.3 GPA based on a 4.0 scale. My class schedule includes AP United States History, AP English Literature, and College Spanish 3. I am also involved in many activities at school including Relay for Life, S.A.D.D. club, Sources of Strength, FBLA and I am an intern with many teachers. I am currently playing DS and OH for my club team. One word to describe my game would be versatile. I work hard and am committed to improving every day. Outside of my normal practices, I do two days of core/vertical training with the former strength trainer for the Kansas City Chiefs, and I also attend one private practice session a week with my club coach.  I am always looking to get better, improve my game, and I want to push myself to my highest potential.
