Isabelle Fletcher '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Belle Fletcher and I am a Middle in the class of 2022. I started playing volleyball six years ago and fell in love with it when I grew enough to become a front row player. Every day I strive to become better and to work on my weaknesses so that I can play volleyball at a competitive collegiate level.

            When I transferred to Greenwood Lab School, I was behind in my academics, especially science and math. Greenwood is a top college prep school and emphasizes STEM. I had to work really hard to catch up and obtain a high GPA. I take my studies very seriously and they have always come before any sport. Today, my GPA is 3.957. I am also very involved in my school with National Honor Society, Pep Club, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. I would like to attend a college that not only fits me as a volleyball player but also as a student.

             Volleyball has taught me the value of hard work, how to be a team player, to be coachable, and to be adaptable to different situations and challenges. I believe that these are my best attributes as a player and I would be a great asset to a college team.
