Gabrielle Mattli '21 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing volleyball since I was 12 years old. I never tire of playing volleyball and aspire to play at the collegiate level. I know that playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my whole life and I'm prepared to make the sacrifices necessary to realize my dream.

I have solid hands and I am a consistent excellent passer. I love digs. The harder the better. I am a team leader and try to lead by example while also encouraging my teammates. I am told I am very coachable. I am one of the hardest working players and will be one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find.

I spend over 6 hours per week in the car travelling to my club practice and still manage to maintain a 4.0 GPA. I also participate in high school swim team and soccer and I am a member of the Junior Honor Society.

I want to attend a college where I can reach my full potential in the classroom and on the court. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to have a memorable college career and to make my parents proud.
