Summer Ball (Libero)Personal Statement
As a 2024 senior out of a small class c school, I am a versatile player. From being a setter to an outside hitter in school, to a libero for club, I am comfortable anywhere on the court. I am a 4 year starter and 3 year team-elected captain out of Broadview/Lavina. Coming from such a small school, I see the importance of strong leadership small communities. Eager to get back onto the court I would love to talk about opportunities for the upcoming fall season!

- Going from a backup setter to a libero was a big change, but I loved it and it definitely started my interest in playing furthermore. I was one of two libero's on the team, but my coach talked to me and I became our teams libero. We ended our season finishing first in the Silver Bracket of the Big Sky Volleyfest in Billings, MT.

- I loved constantly playing volleyball and being busy with it. I was moved between setting, hitting, and passing, but was named our teams All Star Libero.

- In Class C I was allowed to play Varsity as an 8th grader. I was named All-Conference my Junior year after coming in second in team stats for rebounds, assists, and points.

- I love track almost as much as volleyball and have placed multiple times in my events at our Divisional meets, leading me to compete at state in the Javelin, 4x100 m relay, and the 4x400 m relay.

- From ages 7-10 I was a competitive dancer for my dance company in North Carolina. I did acrobatics and ballet, which gave me a lot of strength and muscle, and out competitive team was able to compete at Nationals.
