My collegiate goals are to play volleyball while pursuing a degree in Biology with a minor in animal sciences or forensic science. After earning my bachelors degree, I plan to go on to grad school to either become a veterinarian, medical doctor, or a lawyer of some sort. My academic studies are the most important area of focus for me. My number one goal is to be Valedictorian of Ennis High School.
I am very hard working and dedicated to achieving my goals. The amount of work required to be a multi-sport athlete, multi-club member holding an officer position on multiple boards, all while maintaining a 4.0 is exponentially high. In order to maintain my commitments it takes organization, prioritization and sacrifice. I will never settle for less than I know I can achieve. I am incapable of not giving my best regardless of the task. I have been involved in sports as long as I can remember. Being part of a team has developed my leadership skills and ability to work with others toward a common goal. It has given me experience with conflict resolution and receiving constructive criticism. My officer positions on boards have given me experience in public speaking, maintaining records and organizing volunteer projects.
I am from a very small town in Montana and am very excited to experience life in a larger city. I can't wait to be part of a collegiate team while achieving my academic goals. Both of my parents say it was one of the most important and best experiences of their lives. It is one I know I want to share.
