I have played volleyball since I was about 10 years old. Ever since then, I have always looked up to collegiate-level players and I hope to be one of the players that can be a great influence on younger athletes. I aspire to continue growing in this sport because it has already helped me to develop self-discipline and improved skills. In addition, I love to help my teammates reach their potential as well as my own. I am a team leader through working well with others, encouragement of teammates, and helping younger players learn new skills. I am a versatile player and I have had experience with most of the positions. In school, I work hard to maintain a high GPA. I have taken dual credit college courses and I will be taking more to get a good start on my chosen career. I strive to be a hard working person on and off the court. I would like to attend a college where I can excel in class and also on the court. I am open for new ideas and skills to learn. My determination and versatility in sports as well as school is what makes me different from others. Overall, I want to find the right college match that can help me grow in volleyball skills and knowledge of the game, in addition to preparing me for my future career. I hope to build new friendships within my team, who will become lifetime friends.
