Payton Sullivan '26 Recruiting Profile

I am fully committed to competing at the collegiate level in volleyball, while obtaining my undergraduate degree.  I want to attend a University that feels like "home" and where my strong faith will be supported.  I have always been very close with my high school and club coaches so a strong relationship with my coach is important to me.  I am a great candidate for a program as my club coach, Jill Bauer, has called me the "most coachable player I've ever coached".  My assistant coaches fiance also once commented that I was the type of player he would want on his team because I am such a good teammate and always cheering for and supporting my teammates.  I feel I have only just begun to reach my potential in volleyball and I combine not only height, but overall athleticism, quickness, good jumping ability (I am a state medalist in long jump) as well as great movement along the net, which was the feedback I received at a recent Jr. Day Showcase I attended.  My teammates area always commenting on my sense of humor and I feel I bring alot of joy to teams I am on.
