Personal Statement

Volleyball is a main passion of mine. Starting at the age of 11 my love for the sport has grown more and more each year. I have been through many challenges over the years and with each I have used these to make me better on and off the court! I have learned that if you really want something you work hard to achieve it and mostly you never give up on yourself! I don’t take things for granted and work hard in all I do. To be the best I can be for myself, my team and those around me!

ActivitiesI love music and have played piano and violin since the age of 4. There is not a strings department in High School so had to make some different choices when I started. I also played clarinet in Middle School and auditioned for Oboe and was the schools only Oboe player for all years. I love all kinds of music and all musicals and Broadway productions. Hamilton is one of my favorites. I love to write and read and involved in journalism and yearbook. I am also getting involved in SADD and DECA. I am also involved in FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) and Quiz Bowl. I am an academic letter winner and challenge myself daily to be the best I can be!
