Haley Fleischman '21 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing volleyball since third grade.  Learning the basic fundamentals at a young age helped make me the volleyball player I am today.  I continue to work hard and better myself to attain my goal of playing at the collegiate level.  As a freshman varsity starter, I was moved from middle blocker to right side, and I quickly adapted to my role.  During my sophomore and junior season, I played as a middle blocker.  I am comfortable and confident playing both of these positions. As a sophomore and junior, I was also voted team captain for not only showing leadership on the court, but off the court as well.  My positive attitude makes me a great role model for my peers and younger players watching the game.  My academics are also very important to me.  I am searching for the right college to help me better myself not only as an athlete, but also as a student.
