Gwen Atkins '25 Recruiting Profile

My volleyball goals are to compete at the highest level I can. I have played since I was 12 and now 17. I spend most of my time at the gym and go to every clinic and camp I can attend, and I am planning on going to more this summer. What makes me different from other recruits is I am left-handed and play both positions opposite and setter. I bring an excellent spark to the team and encourage them to be the best they can be. In my freshman year of High School season, I won Most Valuable Player, First team all-conference (NJAC), and All-Freshman First Team. In Sophomore year I again got Most Valuable Player, First team all-conference, and #3 Super Sophomore in the state. My junior year (this season), was our best season in school history. We won our conference (NJAC), our County tournament, and our State section. I got First team all conference(NJAC), First team all section, Second team all state and NJAC girl's volleyball player of the year
