When my team and I became the B Division and intersectional Champions of 2018, as a freshman I became very passionate and dedicated to growing as student-athlete. However, I was unable to play sophomore year because of the pandemic. Yet I was still able to maintain and gain more skills in my own time. That experience helped me focalize my future goals and efforts of playing at college level. Playing this sport has helped me realized that I can achieve anything if I’m committed to work hard for it. I was fortunate enough to have an amazing coach to teach me the skills that every Defensive Specialist and Libero should have which is footwork, giving a solid pass, digging, etc. I’m looking for a program that is a good fit for me athletically and academically as well. I believe that that I have the character, listening/leadership skills, and work ethic to have an impact on your program.
