Willa Fitzgerald '19 Recruiting Profile

Getting to the New York State Championship as a freshman was definitely the highlight of my high school athletic career. However, I feel that I grew most as a student-athlete the next year when we did not make it to the state tournament. This ordeal forced me to step up as a team leader and push myself to become the best teammate. Even though this sparked my ambition, I still find that there are new challenges to make me push myself as a student-athlete.
