To play volleyball as a college level has been my dream since I’m 9 years old. I always wanted to play volleyball in a professional level. I’m not a girl who give up. I always liked to improve and Learn new things. Also, I like to challenge myself and learn from others. I’ve always believe that I’m a leader, either in sports or in class. As captain, I also care about my teammates feelings and thoughts. I always wanted the best for our team. I spent time helping and teaching new skills to the girls that needed. In the other side, I would like to study psychology. This is because I like to help and listen to others. I want to help people the way nobody help me before. Spanish is my home language. I do speak English but I still have to improve a lot, so I consider myself as a English learner. All I learned was because I wanted to. Nobody taught me, not even the teachers. They just gave me essays and asked me to answer question in a language that I didn’t understand. So I decided to find a different way, I made friends that didn’t speak Spanish so I had to speak English to communicate with them. I’m brave and I’m not afraid of trying new things.
