Bailey Barnette '22 Recruiting Profile

I started playing volleyball in the 5th grade, and despite playing other sports, my love and passion for volleyball continues to go unmatched.  I want to play at the higher level that college volleyball can offer, and I started to work on this dream when I was 12.  Since then I have played four years of club volleyball and have competed on a 15s, 17s, and now 18s National team.  I love travelling to national tournaments where I can be challenged to play at a faster speed of the game.  Outside of working hard on the court, I also work diligently in the classroom, keeping up a high GPA as well as staying involved in several extra-curricular activities.  I apply the same work ethic I use with volleyball as I do in the classroom, which means showing up, giving 100%, and putting in the extra work after class and practice is over.  I am looking for a college that can progress my academics as well as athletics.  With my work ethic, determination, and willingness to give my all for my team and teammates, I believe I would be a great asset to your school and team!
