Aiiiya Tuggle '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Aiiiya Tuggle and I love the game of volleyball. The is a difference in having love for something and loving something. In the four years playing varsity I have grown not only as a teammate and athlete but also as an individual. Learning to take the wins and loses, the good and the bad and the highs and lows and building not only my mental toughness as a player but also as an individual. I have been blessed to be named captain my junior and senior year of high school. I may not have been always in the in crowd and popular culture off the court but on the court I was given the opportunity to learn and teach others. Being an athlete isn’t all about skill and talent it teaches maturity, patients, respect, resilience and mental toughness. Skills and knowledge that are valuable for your life. Being part of a team gives me purpose and a sense of belonging. I love this game. It’s in my blood. I have set goals for myself not only as an athlete but as an individual. I’m not done and i’m not ready to give this game up yet that I love.
