Hayden Kilgore '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Hayden Kilgore, and I am a Outside/DS for the class of 2021. I have played volleyball since I was in 3rd grade.  This year marks my 10th year, and I love it more each and every year.  I am a well-rounded volleyball player and teammate.  I am able to play any position in the front and back row as necessary. 

I have been on a National level team since I was 11.  In 2016 my team went to Indianapolis, Indiana for Nationals and took 3rd place in the Gold American Division.  In 2017 I assisted my team in going to Nationals in Minneapolis, Minnesota where I played all-around on the outside and we took 5th place in the Gold Open Division.  As a Freshman I started Junior Varsity and played all-around on the outside for Southview High School, I also dressed and played Varsity.  My Varsity team made it to the semi-final of NLL.  My sophomore year I continued to play on the outside and dress varsity. This past year I started varsity and played all around on the outside, in back row I would switch between middle back and left back. I enjoy playing anywhere! 

I am searching for a school that is the right blend of competitive volleyball and academic excellence.  I love to compete and be academically challenged.  I know that my dedication and integrity as a player and student will help me to be an asset to my team and in the classroom.
