Kalyssa Lande '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi there! My name is Kalyssa Lande, I am class of 2027, looking to find the school for me! 

I have been playing volleyball since 7th grade, when I immediately fell in love with the sport after just two hours at my schools camp. 

I strive to be a leader on the court, and I always try to be the most hardworking athlete in the gym. I’m often told I am truly the ‘cheerleader’ of the team. After every play I always want to know what I can do to improve make the next play better, because I believe there is always room for improvement.

I am currently looking to get my Associates degree in nursing, before expanding my education. However I am also interested in cosmetology. 

I am looking at likely attending a community collage for 2 years, while getting that associates degree, before continuing my education and athletic journey at a larger school.

However, I am always keeping my options open, and constantly exploring new opportunities!

I have experience playing every position on the court (yes, all of them lol) however I almost always end up holding the libero/ds position for the duration of the season.
