Hannah Nguyen '22 Recruiting Profile

My goals and aspirations are to be able to sign and play volleyball with a college that allows me to improve every moment I play the sport I love, as well as carve a future that will allow me to be the best version of myself. I aspire to succeed in school just as much as in volleyball because I believe that my habits and determination contribute to how I play on and off the court. I am a team player, very committed to the sport I play, and dedicated to improving and learning from coaches that I know will be able to help me achieve my goals and live out my passions. My team depends on me to lead in challenging times, and my character shows that I am not only a teammate to the rest of the players on my team, but also a friend that is willing to motivate and lift them up as a person and teammate on and off the court. Another trait about me is that I can inspire, motivate, and drive my teammates to achieve at times beyond abilities. As a student-athlete, I maintain  a balance lifestyle by being committed for all volleyball activities, keeping achievable grades, and taking part of my day to help my community in any way. Not only does volleyball make up a majority of my life, but also my commitment towards my family, my faith and those marginalized.
