Makayla Davis '27 Recruiting Profile

I have only been playing volleyball for a couple of years now just to try something new and fun. Once my feet hit the court I instantly fell in love with the sport and my team around me, as I continue my high school volleyball years I hope to be able to learn and fall in love with the sport in many new ways as I develop new skills to grow as a player and also a student.I am excited to share my love for sports, dedication to school work, and all I’ve  learned  through my church community With you.

Sports have been a huge influence on me as a person, teaching me never to give up , to work hard , and always work as a team.  In school I  balance a challenging and advanced academic course load, but  I hold myself to highly not only while participating  in  church events but also on and off the court. I am very excited  to bring my passion, dedication, leadership skills, along with the values of teamwork  to your program. With my dedication to sports, academics, and my church, I am confident in my ability to continue thriving as a student-athlete while moving on to collage.
