Personal Statement

My name is Aubrey Richardson, and I am an OH for my team. I am currently in my 12th-grade year at Pickens High School and on the 2023 AVCA All-America Watch List. Our team has won our Region without losing a single set for the past two years.

My club team qualified for the 2023 USAV Nationals in Columbus, Ohio this season. At Nationals we took 3rd place in GOLD! Never has a team from my club finished higher than Bronze at USAV Nationals, and never has a club team finished ranked in the Top 100 nationally until this year!

I am searching for the best blend of high-level volleyball and academic excellence. Ideally, I would like to earn a degree that would enable a future in the medical field. My dream job is to be an OB/GYN Physician. I love to compete in the classroom and on the court! I love to prove people wrong who think I can't reach my goals!
