Lauren Dow '23 Recruiting Profile

My goals for college include playing collegiate volleyball in a competitive conference.  I am a leader on and off the court.  Playing together as a team, and celebrating each other, is really important to me.  My older sister served as one of many strong women who are mentors and role models for me in volleyball and life.  I want to pay-it-forward and inspire other girls to be bold when pursuing their athletic and academic dreams. 

As noted in my profile, I am left-handed.  I do everything with left hand except serving and hitting.
