Making the Lake Dallas High School varsity volleyball team as a freshman was one of the highlights of my career. The opportunity to play with these girls of all ages gave me a stronger competitive edge, knowing that I was the youngest person playing on a team where the girls have been playing at the varsity level for years. Having to fight tooth and nail for my starting position every practice developed me into the player I am today.
Collegiately, I’m looking for the same challenge in a high paced environment. I want to be able to take the development I’ve received through my 6 years of club and school ball and apply it to my college program. Through these programs I’ve learned the value of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice, and leadership while staying in a competitive environment and I can’t wait to take these values to the next level. I have the belief that I have not only the ability to play at the college level, but I have the work-ethic, and drive to make an impact on your program. As a a five-time team captain and open division player, I know I have what it take to be on your team!
