Ava Murray '27 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ava Murray, and I am a Varsity volleyball player at Klein Cain High School and a proud member of TAV Houston’s volleyball team. My journey with volleyball began in sixth grade when I first stepped onto the court and fell in love with the sport. Since then, my passion for the game has only grown, driving me to constantly work hard and improve.

I’ve had the honor of playing on my club’s highest-level team each year, traveling across the country to compete in some of the most competitive qualifying tournaments. These experiences have not only challenged me as an athlete but have also taught me resilience, teamwork, and the value of dedication. Each season concluded in an incredible opportunity to compete at the national championships.

Alongside my athletic pursuits, I have maintained a strong focus on academics. I am proud to have achieved straight A’s in all my honors classes, balancing a rigorous schedule with my volleyball commitments. This dedication to both academics and athletics reflects my drive to succeed and my belief in giving my best effort in every area of life.

I am excited to continue growing as a student-athlete, and I look forward to bringing my passion, skills, and work ethic to the next level.
