Madeline Van Dyke '19 Recruiting Profile

My goal since the beginning of my recruitment was to join a program and impact it for the better. I am a strong leader, and people naturally gravitate towards me. I have developed a high volleyball IQ because I have played every position on the court. I first started out as a middle, which as a setter has granted me the ability to read the block very well. I enjoy competing and lifting, I will do whatever it takes to win and get better. I work hard especially in the classroom, where I maintained a 3.77 gpa my freshman year of college. Because of my medical hardship, I will be in the unique position of having 3 years of eligibility after leaving junior college.
