being and only child i’ve had more opportunities to do things with volleyball to get me the experience i needed. i started playing volleyball in the third grade when my friend told me i should try it, and with a good coach who pushed me, i’ve persisted it. i’ve learned that it’s very easy to get in your head, but it’s not as easy to get out of it. i’ve been working really hard on staying out my feelings on the court. it’s one of my main goals to stay at the top of my class, like i always have been. it’s been very difficult to get the grades that i do. i struggle in math and science so studying daily has been something i have invested dearly in. as a 6 year team captain i can say i would be a great leader an asset to your team!
