Brooklyn Hampton '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Brooklyn Olivia Hampton. Fun Fact: My dad and I share the same initials in our name, B.O.H.! I’m currently a 5’7”, 16 year old junior at Pearland High School in Pearland, Texas. I’m co-captain on my club team, Houston Stellar 17 Premier.  I’m a OH/DS/6-rotation player. 

My mom introduced me to volleyball at 8 years old.  She signed me up at the local YMCA summer volleyball camp and I’ve loved the game ever since! I started playing with my first club team at 10 years old and have played every year since!  I’ve played as a starter in school and on national travel teams in club every year.  I was co-captain on my JV high school team and won MVP my sophomore year!! My ultimate goal is to play college volleyball and major in Finance, and I currently have a 3.8 GPA. 

I’m a six-rotational player, but this season I have transitioned to more of a DS role. I  have a strong serve too. I love playing volleyball and having the versatility of playing multiple positions and being able to affect the game in different ways. I also love the bonding and friendships built with my teammates! Off the court, I prioritize my academics and strive to maintain a balance between athletics and my studies. I am always ready to contribute to the success of my team and achieve our shared goals. I look forward to an opportunity to bring my talent to a college volleyball team!
