    Starting high school volleyball my freshman year was very exciting, especially our team being ranked number 3 in the state. However, after losing in the 2nd round of playoffs, I am more determined to not only help my team reach further in playoffs, but to develop myself into a stronger leader and athlete.

        Volleyball is not just a game of skill, it is a game of mental toughness and heart. Talent can get you far, but heart will help you win.I feel that everything should be done with a purpose. My purpose for playing volleyball is not only the love of the game, but to shape me into a stronger person.
