2018 HighlightsIt is a privilege to have the opportunity to introduce myself to everyone. My name is Maycee McKenna Wright, I'm 5'9, 119 lb. middle hitter and defensive specialist on my High school varsity team. I have been blessed to play on varsity since my freshman year. I consider myself to be an extreme sports fan. In fact, I love football as much as volleyball, unfortunately my build would not make me the best candidate for any football team, but I'm passionate and hopeful about my future playing college volleyball.
My mom and dad said I started bouncing a ball at two and never looked back. At the age of 12, I received a bat and my first cell phone for my birthday and I bet you can guess which one I liked better. I ran around the house chanting with excitement. Sports has always been a big part of mine and my families life. I have so many good memories over the past 12 years of different sporting events, wins and losses too.
I would love to continue my passion for the game and compete at the college level. I feel that my dedication and continued hard work would be an asset to a college team willing to invest in me. Thank you for your time and consideration.
