Abby Sorenson '23 Recruiting Profile

I started playing setter at 12 on my local club team. I soon realized the love I had for the game of volleyball and how much passion and energy i put into  playing it. Setting takes a lot of leadership skills on the court, and I feel that my role is running the offense so my hitters can be as good as they possibly can. I played the starting setter on my high school team,running a 5-1, my freshman and now into my sophomore year. Last year we made it to the regional tournament in class 3A and are looking to go even farther this year. I aspire to be on the most competitive team I can be on, no matter what division it is. I will work the hardest I canto make sure my team has a successful season.
