Arielle Flynn '16 Recruiting Profile

I started volleyball in 7th grade and immediately fell in love with the sport, and I have been playing on club teams since. I wish to continue perusing my passion for volleyball in college. I have been on varsity for two years. During both of my years on varsity Rowland Hall, my school, has taken back-to-back Region 14 Championships. This year I was awarded Offensive MVP for my consistency in the front row. This year also I was awarded All-Region in Region 14 volleyball.  During my club season at Club V, the elite U 17 team that I am on continues to improve, and on this team I am an outside hitter. On my elite team I am the only player that never is rotated out because of my consistency with passing and my increasing skill with back row hitting.

I am a 3.87 student at a college preparatory academy called Rowland Hall. I have made Headmasters list all three years at Rowland Hall. I was on varsity for basketball last year for Rowland Hall where we took the Region 14 trophy for the first time in over five years. On track I received third in the 300 hurdles. I decided to explicitly focus on volleyball because volleyball is truly my athletic passion. Thank you for reading my personal statement, and I look forward to talking with you soon.
