Sade Adeyinka '19 Recruiting Profile

Hello. My name is Sade Adeyinka. I have played volleyball since the 8th grade after getting started with an “introduction to volleyball clinic” and have loved the game ever since. I continued to push through some set backs and never gave up because volleyball is my passion. When those setbacks happened, I learned a lot of life lessons, such as "just because hard things happen in life doesn't mean you give up and its never how you start its how you finish.".  I've learned to work thru injuries, be humble  and now I have solid work habits.  As I finish two more years of high school, I've challenged myself by signing up for harder classes to prepare for college. Getting accepted to college and playing volleyball would be a huge honor and accomplishment and something I would not take for granted. Some of the characteristics that I have learned while playing volleyball, such as hard work, not giving up easily, being a leader, remaining dedicated, and helping people will translate into me becoming a great addition to any college team and workforce.
